How do I reset my username and/or password?
The only way to reset your username and/or password, is to login to your FTP and navigate to the folder /mobile/writeable/storage and delete file called auth.txt. Once you have deleted that file, you can revisit your original login page at www.yourdomain.com/mobile/admin to recreate your username and password. Be sure to reset your password immediately as to not leave your site without login information.
I’ve uploaded my ‘mobile’ folder to my server, but when I go to my admin page (www.mysite.com/mobile/admin) nothing is there?!
More than likely your ‘mobile’ folder has not been uploaded to the right location. Check to make sure that you have uploaded your ‘mobile’ folder in the main directory of your website (usually the same as folder that contains your index.html or index.php file.) When I go to log in for the first time, I have an error message!

That means that you need to make a minor change to one of the folders you just uploaded on your server. Here is how to make the necessary changes:
- Log-in to your FTP
- Find and open your newly uploaded ‘mobile’ folder
- Inside of your ‘mobile’ folder should be a folder called ‘writeable’–Right-click on the ‘writeable’ folder and click ‘info’ (or something similar)
- Make sure that the WRITE PERMISSIONS are enabled for both owner and group
- Click apply to save changes
- Reattempt to login by going back to your admin page (yourwebsite.com/mobile/admin)
