Getting your hands on your new Mobile Digs site is super easy. All payments are processed by PayPal and are completely safe and secure. You can use either your PayPal account or simply pay with a credit card (without needing an account).
Buying process is this simple: click the ‘click here to purchase’ button, agree to the end user license agreement, add to cart and complete payment via paypal, and you will automatically be redirected to a link for your download. If for some reason you do not automatically receive your link, it will also be emailed to you. (Your download will be available for 3 days or 3 downloads, whichever comes first.)
Crap! Something busted….
If you have completed your payment, but it seems as though something has gone awry (you didn’t get directed to a download page and didn’t receive an email with a link), here are a few thoughts:
- Check and make sure that the payment was actually made. If you used your PayPal account, login in and check that your purchase shows up in your recent transactions list. If you didn’t use a PayPal account, but simply used your credit card-check your online statement to see if a payment was actually processed.
- Check your email folder and be sure that our email (with a download link) didn’t find its way into your spam filter
