Does this replace my current website?
HECK NO! Think about it as a second website (but a much smaller version) that viewers ONLY see when they come to you from a mobile device (iPhone, Blackberry, etc.). If they visit your site from any computer, they will still always see your original portfolio.
Is it a one-time payment, or are there recurring charges?
One time. No monthly fees. That way you can keep up on your monthly Starbucks habit and not blame us when you hit a caffeine withdrawal and flip out towards the dude next to you in the grocery store line.
Does my Mobile Digs work with my web provider?
Hopefully. No seriously… we’ve designed this to work on just about every server imaginable. But the reality is that we couldn’t test it on every single one. If you come across any issues getting it installed or up and running, definitely hit us up and we’ll try to help as best as possible-and in the unlikely situation that Mobile Digs just won’t play nice with your server-we are more than happy to give you full refund.
Is it Mac or PC combatible?
Yes.
Can I install Mobile Digs on more than one website or hosting account?
The lovely little End User License Agreement that you agree to upon purchasing states that you can only install Mobile Digs on one web server (website), for the useage of one business or individual. We would appreciate your support in helping awesome products flourish that are made by the little guy.
Can I pay you to do a custom install?
We would love to currently offer that service, but we are waaaay to hooked on whether or not Locke can get everyone to come back to the island. Maybe in the future.
What size should I resize my images too?
We recommend you resize your images to 320px wide @ 100dpi, using Photoshops ’save for web and device’. Seems to be a good compromise between small file size and quality.
Resize your logo to 270×90px and your background image to no larger than 480×380.
